This is an ongoing legal case, and it's very interesting that Stardock is actually releasing this game without it being settled. However, Stardock's actions over the last couple years seem to indicate that they know they don't actually have the rights they claim. That doesn't necessarily mean anything since they may be keeping them for the actual legal battle.
